Delivery

Orders are fulfilled within 2–7 business days and then shipped. Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • International: 5–15 business days

We partner with an on-demand fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Your order will be shipped from the location closest to you for efficient delivery.

Orders shipped outside of the USA may be subject to customs fees, which vary depending on the order value, destination country, and other factors. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
To ensure smooth delivery, we recommend including your phone number in the order when shipping internationally. This helps reduce the risk of lost packages and facilitates communication during transit.

If your order is delayed, please:

  1. Verify your shipping confirmation email to ensure the delivery address is correct.
  2. Check with your local post office to see if your package is being held there.
  3. Ask your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro Tip: To avoid package theft, consider using a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package.

If there was an error in the delivery address you provided, we can resend the order, but additional shipping costs will apply.

    Our products are crafted by a trusted print-on-demand supplier with facilities worldwide. Depending on your location, your order will be printed and shipped from the facility that can fulfill it most efficiently.

    We apologise for any issues with your order. To resolve this quickly, please email us at [support@vamacha.com] within 7 days of receiving the product. Include:

    • Photos of the wrong or damaged product
    • Your order number
    • Any other relevant details

    We will respond promptly with a resolution.

    Product Disclaimers

    • Some garments may have a slight vinegar-like smell upon arrival. This odour is temporary and will dissipate after washing or airing out.
    • You might notice some discolouration or an off-white residue on your apparel. These are not stains and will wash off in the first wash cycle.
    • Our products are printed using eco-friendly, water-based inks with the latest garment printing technology.

    If you receive an item with a mark or residue, we recommend washing it before reporting any issues.

    We do not currently offer exchanges. To ensure you select the correct size, please refer to the size charts available in the product descriptions.

    In the rare case of a mislabeled item, contact us at [support@vamacha.com] within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the mislabeled product, and we will issue a replacement or refund.
